The principal of the firm, Janice N, Thomas, MS brings with her over fifteen years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, and event management. She is passionate about driving brand awareness and fostering strong community partnerships.  Excelling in management of people, processes, and budgets, Ms. Thomas has a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, media relations, and communication campaigns.

Her diverse experience includes working with top networks like Prime Video and NBC Universal, managing high-impact events, and overseeing rebranding efforts. She holds a Master’s degree in Mass Communication with a Public Relations focus.
